Our trauma-informed approach offers therapeutic structure and emotional support, along with essential skill-building in a small-group setting. Here, you can stabilize and strengthen your journey toward healing and personal growth. Join us as we help you move forward on your path to wellness.

Online Meeting

Program Overview

We meet three days a week for engaging 120-minute sessions. Depending on your individual needs, the program lasts between 6 to 12 weeks. In-person meetings with virtual options available for those who reside outside our community.

Group Therapy

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for individuals who are experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, or depression. It offers more support than traditional weekly therapy, making it ideal for those transitioning from higher level of care, such as IOP or residential. Participants will have the opportunity to learn valuable coping skills, process their emotions, and build resilience for a healthier future.

Program Features 

Our program offers a comprehensive approach to mental wellness, featuring psychoeducation and skill-building groups designed to empower participants. We incorporate mindfulness and grounding practices to enhance emotional awareness, along with emotion regulation techniques and cognitive restructuring informed by CBT and DBT. Participants engage in journaling, reflection, and experiential exercises, with weekly progress check-ins to guide their journey. Additionally, we provide family and individual therapy, including group therapy sessions for family members, fostering a supportive environment for healing and support.
